We develop, maintain, and improve corporate accounts resulting in additional acceptances for corporate hotel programs. We manage RFP tools as well as TMC relationships to increase revenues from the corporate travel segment.

We cultivate relationships with key travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia to create awareness and increase inclusions in leisure programs. We influence new business for the leisure market segments including, but not limited to, Wholesale, Consortia, GDS, and OTA. We target and secure new accounts through strategic planning, agent training, and educational.

We develop significant revenue opportunities through leads from the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibition) segment. This includes management of new and existing accounts ranging from corporate meeting planners to third party companies and agents.

Events

From roadshows and sales missions to trade fairs, CWW hosts events to help communicate with customers and the travel trade to enhance brand presence, resulting in improved return on investment (ROI). We make sure that your investment in any event goes beyond the event itself, and includes a strategy for vigorous follow-ups once the event is over to nurture lifelong relationships.

Digital Sales and Social Media

We leverage new-age forms of sales & marketing to generate leads, offer sales support, and increase revenue opportunities to clients. We also help travel companies with the creation and execution of tailored, personalized social media strategies.

TASK

An RV Rental Company with 39 locations in the USA and Canada, with over 5,000 vehicles with capacities from 2 up to 7 persons, looking for an international sales presence to market their brand to travel agencies and tour operators in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Peru.

MARKET

By evaluating the clients’ profile and destinations served, we identified Brazil and Argentina as source markets with highest potential.

FORMULA

CWW team with strong market knowledge and client relations introduced the camping travel experience to the market through partnership with personalities & digital influencers to reach different travel segments.

We conducted client events across regions to present the RV experience, partnering with local RV manufacturers to showcase the vehicle and the concept of freedom to travel with home amenities.

We also organized and managed regional sales blitzes with partner tour operators and USA & Canada Destinations (DMOs)focusing on the tour operator booking channel.

We also organized several familiarization tours so that tour operators could experience the RV and camping experience and are now able to sell the experience to consumers.

RESULT

Consistent year-over-year revenue growth of at least 70% per year.
