Born and educated in Europe, Eric Otto has worked in sales and marketing leadership positions for the world’s largest hotel brands.
For his twenty-five years in the travel industry Eric Otto is recognized as an international sales and marketing leader with expertise in global revenue generation.
Eric Otto founded connectworldwide in 2002 to satisfy the growing need of hotel companies and destinations around the world to market their brands in new and innovative ways. A dramatically changing global economy, and the necessity to cost effectively manage international sales, marketing and PR channels are driving the need for a new representation and sales and marketing model.
Eric Otto speaks four languages and enjoys cycling. He resides with his wife Christine in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.
Marjorie is a recognized leader in the Japanese travel and tourism industry for 25 years, Marjorie is known for her innovative and cost-effective expertise in destination representation. During the course of her career she has represented 18 of the 50 U.S. states in Japan. Marjorie has served as chairman of ANTOR (Association of National Tourism Office Representatives) and the Japan Visit USA Committee, served as a director of numerous professional and trade organizations, advisor to the Japan Association of Travel Agents, and was the connectworldwide Affiliate of the Year in 2007 for her work on behalf of clients. While chairman of ANTOR, Marjorie lead the association’s effort to protest and successfully change the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs travel warning policies after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Marjorie is bilingual in English and Japanese and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
Our Mexico Office is led by Mauricio Gonzalez. He was born and educated in Mexico City at Universidad Iberoamericana, BA in Hotel Management and MBA in Tourism Marketing. Mauricio Gonzalez has worked in sales and marketing positions for different multinational companies such as: Disney, Premier Cruise Lines, Sabre Inc, Sheraton, Choice Hotels International, Preferred Hotel Group and Connect Worldwide Inc.
With more than 20 years of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry and more than 10 years in the Destination Marketing business, Mauricio is recognized as a young and innovative leader. He is the former President of the Visit USA Committee Mexico. He has wide experience in destination marketing, strategic alliances and planning, as well as setting up innovative plans for the different segments of the industry such as MICE, Leisure and Corporate. His creativity is an important part of why he is considered a leader in the travel industry.
Other past positions include: Director of Marketing for Sheraton Centro Historico, President of the Visit USA Committee Mexico, Professor at Universidad Iberoamericana as well as CESSA University and active participation in different non profit organizations such as Special Olympics Mexico.
Charmaine Singh’s experience encompasses a broad background that includes hospitality, tourism and agency sectors. She has worked with brands like Meriden Hotels, Accor, and led the sales and revenue team at Canada’s largest hotel: The Delta Chelsea Hotel. During the wake of SARS in Toronto, Charmaine was hired as Vice President of Sales at Tourism Toronto to rebuild market share and position the CVB towards greater opportunities. During her time there, the team not only grew the business but also became a leader in North America for service. Charmaine’s efforts and leadership supported the city to wining very high profile conventions to increase economic impact. Following her success at Tourism Toronto she moved on to Vision Group of Companies – an agency who specializes in building customized brand experiences. Charmaine built the Destination Marketing division within 3 years and then went on to become a co-owner at connectworldwide Canada. She has a track record of building remarkable teams that deliver results. Charmaine has held leadership positions on various boards and committees working with multiple stakeholders from various sectors to achieve common goals.

Mary Beth Kelm
Mary Beth was a senior level corporate executive in ecommerce, global distribution and sales and marketing. She has more than 20 years of strategic leadership within the hospitality industry ranging from economy, to extended stay and upscale brands.
A creative visionary with an entrepreneurial approach to business, Mary Beth is highly skilled in defining and developing new business strategies and leveraging technology to grow market share and increase efficiency. She has developed and led high-performing teams to accomplish tough organizational goals.
In 2015, Mary Beth partnered with Eric Otto to establish CWW Digital, of which she is President. Mary Beth and her team of digital experts offer multiple solutions to grown online business.
Mary Beth loves the outdoors, hiking, and running. She lives in (city), Arizona with her husband and daughter.
Tracy has a broad knowledge of and experience in the travel industry. She started her career working for the airline industry with BMI at the expansion of the internet and third party websites. Having progressed in various senior management roles whilst at Intercontinental Hotels Group, she was predominately responsible for the global strategy of key travel management companies such as HRG and the corporate clients they service.
With her role as Commercial Director within a hotel organisation of quality independent hotels across the UK, she supported over 80 independent hotels, and specifically focused on maximizing revenue and sales from the global agency, conference and corporate specialists.
Since 2013, Tracy has been the Managing Director for CWW UK. She is also the CWW Vice President of Hotel Client Development.
Tracy’s favorite sport is tennis and she is an avid fan of Wimbledon. She resides in London with her husband.
During his career in the tourism and hospitality industry, Gregor has gained broad expertise in sales and marketing. He worked on property as Director of Sales and Marketing and held several regional sales positions with major international hotel chains such as Kempinski Hotels, Starwood Hotels, Preferred Hotel Group covering all travel segments (corporate travel, leisure & MICE).
Gregor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from the University of Massachusetts and a Hotel Management Diploma from the University Center Cesar Ritz Switzerland. He speaks both German and English.
Since 2013, Gregor has been the Managing Director for CWW Germany. He is also the CWW Vice President of Hotel Representation and now the Managing Director for CWW Europe.
Gregor is a senior level tennis player in the second highest tennis league in Germany. He lives in Frankfurt with his wife and two children.
