TASK

European Regional Hotel chain with over 50 hotels in need of international sales presence to market the brand and hotels to corporate travelers, MICE- and travel agencies, and tour operators in additional feeder markets

MARKET

Identified UK and Benelux as feeder markets with highest potential, by evaluating hotel portfolio and destinations.

FORMULA

We developed a cost control model through a fixed monthly fee with an incentive on performance and assigned senior sales managers with strong market knowledge and client relations as a white label solution. In addition, we conducted client events across several regions to introduce the hotel brand. Our plan also included regional sales blitzes for specific hotels. The CWW sales team Focused on Corporate RFP management & inclusion in Preferred hotel programs, as well as continuous account management in order to be recognized as the “face” in the market.

RESULT

Consistent YOY revenue growth of 12%-20%.

TASK

National Hotel chain with over 5,000 rooms across its portfolio in need to broaden their business mix and source market from domestic to international.

MARKET

Identified the USA and Continental Europe as initial target markets with the plan to add Asian markets in a second phase.

FORMULA

Our focus was on sales for the corporate & MICE segments. The CWW Hotels executive management team was highly involved to consult & facilitate the implementation of the long-term strategy The CWW Hotels sales managers were integrated as a white label solution consisting of a mix of full and part-time roles resulting in a cost-effective deployment of fixed monthly fee with incentive. On behalf of our client, the CWW Hotels team attended and conducted roadshows, sales missions & events to penetrate markets.

RESULT

Consistent increases in Corporate, leisure, and MICE revenues. CWW Hotels Exceeded client revenue goals by at least 20% in each year contracted.
