The task for Luxpitality was to find the right hotel within budget for a 250 employee incentive trip. Before turning to Luxpitality this particular client was overwhelmed with the task as she was in charge of planning it all by herself. She spent months trying to locate a suitable hotel, get quotes, and choose a property.
There were also times when nuanced details like food and beverage logistics, VIP upgrades, fitness services, and more would sneak up and push them over budget. To top it off, the retreat typically takes place near Memorial Day Weekend, which is a busy and expensive weekend in the hospitality world
The Market that Luxpitality serves is two-fold. Working with the Independent Member Hotels to drive more group leads and to find the qualified corporate clients that will serve the exact piece of business their member hotels are looking for. The Luxpitality difference is that they find their corporate clients in untraditional ways by attending out of industry trade shows, host unique events for direct corporate clients and thrive with new-age companies typically found on the Inc 500 list.
Luxpitality immediately set out to understand their vision, budget, timeline, and other factors necessary to plan the retreat. From there, the team researched the most viable hotels and presented them to the client.
In total, Luxpitality researched four of the most ideal destinations, 20 partner properties, and gave them the top three recommendations. Additionally, they put together a cost analysis for the locations that included average flight prices, rideshare costs, hotel bids, and inclusions.
From the client’s perspective, all they had to worry about was which location they liked more: Palm Springs or Napa Valley or Santa Barbara. In the end, they chose Palm Springs and opted to do a full property buyout of Parker Palm Springs.
Luxpitality saved the client over 50 hours of work as they tapped into their network of over 150 member hotel partners to source options. Luxpitality was also able to come in under budget while providing the red-carpet treatment they deserved. In total Luxpitality saved the client over $125,689.00 while winning the piece of business for The Parker Hotel.
